On Tuesday we welcomed Margaret from the Livestock and Meat Commission into our P4/5 classroom to educate us on the importance of having a balanced diet and how to recognise quality meat products . As part of her presentation she demonstrated how to make tikka mince which we got to sample. It went down a treat and most of us went back for seconds or even thirds. 😋
