We were delighted to welcome Patricia from the Livestock and Meat Commission to our classroom today. Patricia talked to us about eating healthily and discussed different ways we can include meat in our diet. She kindly cooked us a meal of tacos and mince which went down a treat. Everyone received a cookery book full of recipes so I’m sure there will be some great cookery taking place at home over the next few weeks.
