Today, Maney and Neil (our local fire-fighters) came into our class to help us learn about the things we can all do that will help to keep us safe and reduce the risk of there being a fire in any of our homes.
We learned not to touch matches or candles, or to go near the fire. We learned to unplug our devices and never to charge our tablets or phones in our bedrooms.
All of the children have been sent home with the important task, to check their smoke alarms are working.
