P4/5 had their first IFA session today. We met Martin, our new coach. In today’s session we were focusing on balance. We tried balancing on our own, balancing with a partner and balancing something on us. Martin gave us 4 tips to help us balance, make sure to ask your child what they were and see how many they can remember.
