This term the P4/5 children from Dromore Road Primary School are working with the P4 children from St. Bronagh’s Primary School. Our lessons will take place in Warrenpoint Town park and we will be using this fantastic resource as the focus for all our lessons, supported by the Heritage Officers from Newry, Mourne and Down Council's.
Today we went on a mini beast hunt in the park, we made our own fossils and worked together to make a bug hotel which will find a new home in the park. It was lovely getting to meet up with old friends from St. Bronagh’s and we certainly made the most of our ‘outdoors classroom’ experience.
