P4-7 were invited to hop on the water bus when it arrived in our school playground today. We learned about the water cycle and how water is collected. We also found out about what happens to waste water and the many steps it has to go through to be deemed clean and safe for use again.
We were reminded of what can be flushed down the toilet/drains and were given some tips on how we can all save water.
Did you know the average person uses an astonishing 170 litres of water each day, it was a shock to see how much this actually was.
