The EA has asked schools to remind parents that the deadline for applications to the EU Settlement Scheme is 30th June 2021. All EU/EEA citizens and non-EU family members MUST apply to the EU Settlement Scheme, this includes those with a permanent residence document. It is important that ALL members of the family apply to the scheme, including children.
It is really important that an application is made by 30th June 2021, otherwise EU/EEA citizens and non-EU family members currently living in the UK will become unlawfully resident.
